What does “0% fee on AI tokens” mean?

Generating avatars and video runs on third-party AI models that charge for every generation. When you top up tokens, you pay exactly what those providers charge. We don't add a margin. Our only income is your monthly subscription.

What's a free avatar or video?

Each month your plan includes a set number of avatars and videos that don't use any tokens. Creator includes 3 avatars and 1 video, Studio includes unlimited avatars and 2 videos, and Atelier includes unlimited of both.

When do I need to top up?

Only when you've used your free allowance for the month and want to make more. On Atelier, everything is included, so you never need to.

How do teammates work on Atelier?

You can invite up to 2 teammates into your workspace. They work with your avatars and videos and don't need a subscription of their own.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Creator, Studio and Atelier from your account settings.
